How it all Works

We aim to make the house clearance process as simple, transparent, and stress-free as possible.

1. Initial Contact

You can get in touch with us by phone, email, or WhatsApp to discuss your requirements. We’re happy to provide a rough estimate at this stage; however, for the most accurate quotation, we always recommend arranging a visit to the property.

2. Property Visit & Assessment

We will meet you at the property and carry out a full walkthrough with the owner or appointed representative. This allows us to understand exactly what you need — whether it’s clearing a single room, a full house clearance, or ongoing property maintenance such as regular inspections, grass cutting, or garden upkeep while the property is awaiting sale or new tenants.

3. Valuation of Items
During the walkthrough, any items of moderate resale value will be clearly identified and itemised. If you choose to sell these items, the agreed value will be deducted from your final quotation.

Items with low resale value may be removed at no additional cost, while items that require disposal will be charged appropriately and responsibly handled.
4. Additional Services
If required, we can also provide one-off or ongoing services such as:

Property Cleaning

Garden Maintenance

Exterior Cleaning

Vacant Property Checks

These services are designed to create a complete, one-stop solution when clearing a property in Norfolk — helping not only to remove unwanted items, but also to maximise your property’s kerb appeal.
5. Clear, No-Obligation Quotation

Following the visit, you will receive a clear, fair, and fully itemised quotation with no obligation to proceed. All quotes are valid for 30 days, giving you time to make an informed decision.

6. Fully Licensed & Insured

For your peace of mind, we carry full Public Liability Insurance, Employer’s Liability Insurance, and a registered Waste Carrier Licence. Hard copies of all documentation are always available upon request.
